MARIA & JOE–MAGNOLIA HALL PIEDMONT PARK WEDDING

It will become obvious when looking through Maria & Joe’s wedding, that Maria just about has the best smile (and laugh) ever.  The two got married a couple of weeks ago at the lovely Magnolia Hall at Piedmont Park and luckily the summer thunderstorms managed to hold off until well into the reception.  The whole wedding was truly a celebration of their obvious love for one another and their fun, laid back style.

DESIGNER MICHELLE

I’m finally getting a chance now to post these lovely photos of Michelle, who is a shapewear designer for Spanx. This recent MyStyle edition for the AJC was a ton of fun to shoot because of Michelle’s amazing design talents. I got to check out her work space where she creates her own clothes and she modeled an awesome black satin mini cocktail dress that she made. Oh and she also loves heels!

SUMMER ASSOCIATE

Last week I did some work for the Daily Report and had a great time photographing Alison (yeah one ‘L’) for a feature about summer associates at law firms. Alison was a wonderful subject and we were lucky to get some lovely morning light. She is finishing her law degree at Vanderbilt University and will likely be back in Atlanta working at a firm in the fall.

Great pictures.

DEB’S STYLE

I am now regularly shooting the Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s MyStyle section, which features stylish Atlantans. It is a ton of fun to shoot this weekly feature which appears in the Sunday Living section as well as on ajc.com. Each week another person is selected to show off  their fun, different or interesting personal style–including any and all accessories that they might love. I’ve shot everything from collections of belts, shoes and jewelry, to lipsticks, hats, sunglasses and purses.

I photographed Deb at her Peachtree City photography studio. I know how tough it is to be on the other side of the lens, but Deb was fantastic and of course her outdoor studio setting is filled with a ton of great features.
