HOCKEY WEEKEND ACROSS AMERICA

The local hockey community is supported by a ton of great events put on by the Thrashers and Atlanta Spirit. Hockey kids from around the state were lucky enough to participate in a cross-ice game held during intermission at a recent Thrashers game at Philips Arena as part of the Hockey Weekend Across America. Needless to say the kids were pretty stoked about skating in front of such a large audience…and a little nervous too! After the game, the kids got to chat with several Thrashers players as well as get all of their various jerseys, sticks and pucks signed.
